As bibliotecas da UA, em colaboração com a editora Springer Nature, promoveram no dia 7 de maio, o seminário “Nature Research Editorial Session”, destinado a autores da UA, docentes e investigadores.

Neste seminário serão apresentadas orientações e dicas essenciais para a redação de artigos científicos e a sua submissão para publicação, de acordo com os critérios exigidos no processo editorial da editora Springer Nature.

Os oradores deste seminário serão Adriano Crespo, Licensing Manager for Portugal e Adrea Taroni, chief editor of Nature Physics.

“In this talk, Andrea Taroni, chief editor of Nature Physics will endeavour to explain how Nature apply these principles in practice, and so describe the key characteristics of Nature journals and the unique value they provide to authors and readers alike.”

Andrea Taroni is chief editor of Nature physics. A graduate of University College London in UK, he completed his PhD in statistical physics. Following a short stint at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon in France, he undertook postdoctoral work at Uppsala University in Sweden, investigating the dynamics of low-dimensional magnetic systems.
