Quem seguiu as minhas aulas não se espanta com esta capa da primeira Economist deste ano… Aos olhos de um português parece que ela nos está a fazer um gesto proverbial… E nós homens merecemo-lo… Vale a pena ler o artigo motivado pela força de trabalho feminino nos EUA ter atingido os 50%. Fiquem com estes números:

“In the EU women have filled 6m of the 8m new jobs created since 2000.”

“In America 3 out of 4 people thrown out of work since the recession began are men; the female unemployment rate is 8.6%, against 11,2% for men.”
