Library trainning session “Scientific information sources” – november 15th 2017, 03:00pm – 05:00pm

In an era of information overload, the skills related to research, access, evaluation and ethical use of information are increasingly needed. To explore the full potential of web search tools, it is essential to know how the information is collected, described and structured. In this context, the University Library promote information literacy skills to facilitate learning and research processes in an academic context, through the dissemination of sources, their selection according to the different areas, the exploration of concepts and a critical point of view about them.
