Segundo o autor, a evolução humana é actualmente potenciada pela própria evolução cultural e tecnológica e  nesta cibercultura o impacto das plataformas de comunicação digital e das novas tecnologias pode ser melhor observado nas gerações mais novas – os “screenagers”.
