
A investigadora do CIDTFF Nilza Costa coordena a edição especial da revista “Frontiers in Education”, dedicada ao tema “The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: The Response from Educational Research. Betina Silva Lopes (CIDTFF) é também uma das editoras do número.
Sobre o tema:
“There has been an increase in worries coming from different actors regarding the planet we live in, from environmental and social points of view. Therefore, there is a shared need to save our planet by thinking globally and acting locally. Considering the Agenda 2030 as a landmark to such propose, the achievement of its goals will only be successfully with the commitment of all, particularly from those working in the field of education, e.g. teachers, researchers.
The goal of this Research Topic [The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: The Response from Educational Research] is to encourage the strive for an answer on how educational research is taken on board the challenges presented by the Agenda 2030. Therefore, this article collection looks for research studies which, a, enable to map what has been achieved, and, b, give contributions to move forward.”
